Travel Free with friends.

Are you a group leader? Do you have a wide circle of friends? Are you a member of a club, church, alumni association? Are you a pastor of a church? If so, you may be the perfect group leader!

Book your group with us and you can Travel Free!

Typically, on a 7 night cruise, if you travel with 8 other couples, you will cruise for FREE.  If you add 8 more couples, your traveling companion will also cruise for FREE (You pay only port charges and optional insurance)! On some cruises over 7 nights, you can travel FREE with only 5 other couples.  In addition to cruises, many other land tour/package companies offer group incentives.

Below are several questions and answers regarding our Travel For Free Program...

How does the Travel For Free Program work? Every cruise line offers a special incentive for groups of people who cruise together on the same ship and sailing date. The minimum number of cabins to qualify for this group incentive varies by cruise line, ship and sailing date. The group incentive is called "FREE Tour Conductor Cabin". The cruise line gives the Tour Conductor a complimentary cabin based upon a certain amount of cabins sold. The Tour Conductor group incentive varies from a little as "1 Free Cabin for Every 5 Cabins Sold" to as high as "1 Free Cabin For Every 15 Cabins Sold".

What is a Tour Conductor? The Tour Conductor is the person or persons escorting the group onboard the cruise. To compensate you for bringing this group together, we will award you the FREE Tour Conductor Cabin.

How many people can I put in my free cabin? The FREE Tour Conductor cabin is for two passengers. Additional passengers sailing in your cabin pay the normal reduced rate for the third and/or fourth person in the cabin.

Who pays the port taxes? You pay the applicable port taxes and government fees.

Where is the free Tour Conductor cabin located? The free cabin is determined by the category type and the quantity you sold. For instance, if you sell 17 ocean view category K cabins, then your free Tour Conductor cabin will be ocean view category K or better. In addition, we list you as a "VIP", and the best upgrades go to you…often suites!

Do I need any special training? No. We're not making you a travel agent. We are simply providing you with a free cabin. It's simple! You just find people who need a vacation and are looking for a great value...a cruise vacation. Get them to join you on your selected ship and sailing date. We'll do all the rest - from flyers to invoicing.

What will Encompass Travel provide to help me? Cruise Line Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Videos, Registration Forms, All Invoicing & Paperwork, Processing Payments, Answering All Customer Questions and Cost of All Postage. We do it all. You just bring us the cruisers.

How do you track my progress? We assign you a special code that is identified on each Registration form. As we invoice each cabin, we enter your special code into the computer. With each new invoice, we will send you a report detailing your progress.

How do I get started? Call us at Encompass Travel and one of our professional travel agents will contact you to help you choose a cruise line, itinerary, ship and sailing date.
